Cleaning: To avoid damage to your Stampy be sure to use only good quality cleaners such as Inkssentials water based Stamp Cleaner
NEVER use cleaning fluids with ammonia (e.g. Windex), petrol, denatured alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, or acetone, which will cause the acrylic to craze with minute cracks.
Always clean ink and glue promptly first by gently blowing away any loose dust or dirt from the acrylic’s surface, then applying your specialty cleaning product with a dampened non-abrasive/non-contaminating/lint-free soft cloth, microfiber cloth or cellulose sponge.
Warranty: Stampy is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 3 months from date of purchase
Your warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship, and does not cover wear and tear, misuse, damage, or minor marks present at time of purchase.
Warranty will be void if inappropriate cleaners such as Windex, Alcohol based cleaners, Acetone or other harsh chemicals solvents.
